Built for Semi fleets
DOT numbers, partial wraps, full tractor wraps and trailer graphics, cut to fit the Tesla Semi and shipped to your yard in Avery Dennison, 3M and STEK film. Your crew installs them on your schedule — or ours does.

The problem
Body shops book weeks out, then keep the truck for days once it finally goes in. A twenty-truck fleet turns into a two-quarter project.
Shop labour is the majority of a wrap invoice, and you pay it again on every single truck. Nothing about it gets cheaper at fleet scale.
Most shops have never wrapped a Tesla. Panel gaps, cameras, the charge port and the skirt curves are where inexperience shows up first.
If you put the first electric trucks on your lane, speed is the advantage you bought. Branding should not be the thing holding it up.
The solution
Everything that makes a wrap slow and expensive is the shop, not the film. So we send you the film — cut, numbered and matched to the truck — and the knowledge to put it on.
Kits ship to your yard. Trucks come out of service in small batches on your dispatch schedule, not a shop's calendar.
Your own maintenance crew does the install with cut-to-fit panels, so the biggest line on a traditional wrap invoice mostly disappears.
Panels are cut from the Semi map, seams fall on body lines, and nothing goes over cameras, sensors, vents or the charge port.
Avery Dennison, 3M and STEK. Cast film and matched laminate on every order — the combination that decides whether a wrap lasts or fades.
We have spent years inside the Tesla community. More than 100,000 Tesla owners around the world have wrapped their vehicles with our kits, our panel maps and our guidance. The Semi is a bigger canvas — but it is the same film, the same technique and the same job of getting a panel on straight the first time.
Pick a level per truck and per trailer. Most fleets run numbers across everything and wraps on the trucks the public sees.
Cut vinyl USDOT, MC, VIN and unit numbers sized and spaced to the letter-height rules. Weeded, taped and labelled per door so a driver can apply a set in minutes.
Accent panels across the lower body and door with your logo and livery colours. Covers the panels people actually read at a dock or a light, at a fraction of a full wrap.
Complete coverage of the cab, sleeper, roof fairing and side skirts, cut from the Semi panel map so every seam falls on a body line instead of the middle of a curve.
The biggest billboard you own. Add a partial band and logo, or wrap the whole 53-foot side. Quoted separately from the tractor so you can mix and match across the fleet.
Truck count, tractor and trailer setup, and how much coverage you want on each. Guided intake if you are still deciding.
Per-truck and per-trailer pricing with volume tiers built in, plus the DIY kit price against a managed install.
We build print-ready files from your logo or brand guide, and you sign off on a proof from a link — no software needed.
Numbered panels arrive per truck with practice pieces and a video course, or our crew works through your yard on a schedule.
Panels arrive cut, numbered and bagged per truck. Nothing to trim, nothing to measure. Practice pieces let a crew rehearse before the real panel goes on.

We do not shop the cheapest roll. Every kit is Avery Dennison, 3M or STEK, with the laminate that belongs on it.
Cast film is what lets a wrap follow the Semi's nose, mirror caps and side skirts without lifting. The laminate is what decides how it survives highway miles, brush washes and UV.
The hood and painted bumper faces are broad and flat, which makes them easy to cover and exactly where rock strikes land. Clear film there protects paint, or the printed wrap sitting on top of it.
Conspicuity and night visibility, and both films can be printed — so your livery keeps working after dark instead of turning into a plain white stripe.
Colour-change panels and every DOT, USDOT, MC and unit number set. Nothing is printed, so it is the cheapest film per panel and the fastest to apply.
Film choice is quoted per option, so you can put a printed MPI 1105 fleet next to a 180Cv3 one on the same trucks and compare the real number before you commit.
Spotlight
Reflective film turns headlights back at the driver behind you, so the truck stays readable at night, in rain and on an unlit shoulder. It is the difference between a dark trailer side and a livery that keeps selling after sundown — and on a rig that spends its miles in traffic, that is most of the day.
Branding the trucks and leaving the charging site plain is a missed impression. We wrap charging hardware on the same film and the same schedule.
Drop in your logo or describe the livery you want and preview it on a Semi. Download the mockup, or attach it straight to your quote request.
Carrier name, USDOT number, state number and GVW go low on the cab door; the unit number sits above them, ahead of the door seam.
Fleet livery layout
This mirrors how fleets letter a Semi today: brand mark large on the sleeper side panel, legal lettering in a tidy block on the door. Supply logos in vector format (.svg, .eps, .ai, .pdf) for production — kits can be cut for one or both sides.
Adjustments update the preview instantly — export when it looks right.
AI previews are for visualization only. Send us your artwork with a quote request and we'll produce the production-ready kit.

Your preview will appear here.

Send a logo, a brand guide, or a photo of the truck you already like. We draw the livery onto the Semi panel map, send a proof for approval, and keep the files on hand for every truck you add later.
Start a design brief
Managed installs are priced per site visit, so bringing several trucks to one yard on the same day is the cheapest way to buy labour. Kits ship anywhere.
Not on the list? Put your yard in the quote form and we will price the trip.
Tell us the truck count and how much coverage you want. You get an itemised quote per truck and per trailer, with the self-install and managed-install prices side by side.
It depends on coverage and fleet size. DOT number sets are the least expensive, partial wraps sit in the middle, and a full tractor wrap is the most involved. Trailer graphics are quoted per trailer on top. Every quote is itemised per truck and includes volume discounts that start at five trucks and grow through 10, 25 and 50 units.
That is the whole point. Panels arrive cut to fit and numbered per truck, with two practice pieces so your team can rehearse on a spare panel before touching the truck. A maintenance crew that can change a mirror can apply a partial wrap or a DOT number set. Full tractor wraps are the hardest, and we will tell you honestly when a managed install is the better call.
Most fleets do not. A partial wrap on the door and lower body covers the panels people read at a dock, in traffic or at a scale house, and costs far less per truck. Full coverage makes sense for a colour change, a flagship truck, or a campaign where the whole vehicle is the message.
Yes. Number-only orders are a normal product here: USDOT, MC, VIN, unit and weight lettering, cut in the right letter height, weeded and taped, and labelled per door. Fleets often order numbers for the whole fleet and wraps for part of it.
Trailers are quoted separately as partial graphics or a full wrap, per trailer, so you can wrap 40 tractors and 12 trailers if that is the plan. Trailer sides are flat and large, which makes them the easiest and cheapest surface per square foot on the whole rig.
A DOT number set is minutes per door. A partial wrap runs roughly an hour per truck with two people. A full tractor wrap is a day's work per truck for a trained crew. Trailers depend on coverage. We schedule around your dispatch so trucks come out of service in small batches.
Film goes on exterior painted and plastic panels only — never over cameras, sensors, charge ports, vents or serviceable hardware. It is removable and does not modify the vehicle. If your lease or insurer has branding rules, send them over and we design inside them.
Yes. Send a logo, a brand guide, or a rough idea and our team builds print-ready files mapped to the Semi panel set. You can also generate a concept in the design studio on this page and attach it to your quote request. AI renders are a visual reference; production files are drawn properly before anything prints.
Yes. Your fleet's artwork and panel map stay on file, so new trucks, replacement panels after a mirror strike, and next season's campaign all reorder faster and cheaper than the first run.
For printed graphics and full wraps we recommend Avery Dennison MPI 1105 with DOL MAX laminate, and we also offer 3M IJ180Cv3 with the 8519 or 8520 overlaminate series. Solid colour and cut lettering, including DOT number sets, run in Avery Dennison or 3M cast vinyl. Reflective work uses Avery Dennison V4000 or 3M 680, both of which can be printed with your livery. Nothing calendered, nothing unbranded.
We recommend clear paint protection film on the hood and the painted bumper area. Those faces are broad and flat, which makes them straightforward to cover and also puts them directly in the path of rock strikes and road debris. We use Avery Dennison, 3M or STEK PPF there, either over bare paint or over a printed wrap to keep the graphic looking new.
Both. Self-install kits ship anywhere. For managed installs we send a crew or use vetted local installers, with travel and site mobilisation itemised in the quote and priced per site visit rather than per truck.
